Databases from Culinary Intelligence

Databases? Why do I need databases about wine and food?

Not too long ago, the answer might have been, "you don't." But today, with handheld computing and desktop computing in everybody's hands and homes, it's not only possible to have culinary information arranged in searchable, sortable form, it's easy and incredibly useful. We create comprehensive, well-researched lists of wine and food pairings, wine appellations, pronunciation guides -- all the obscure facts of the wine and food realm -- and package them in a variety of common data formats, for use with readily-available software. In many cases, it's software you already own!

You can print a copy and use it on paper. The only thing you can't do is sell it or give it to someone else, either as-is or in any other format. It's that simple.
